1. Purpose
Meetisy is a social and dating platform designed exclusively for users aged 18 and older.
We are committed to maintaining a safe environment and strictly complying with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards, including the prohibition of any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
2. Published Standards
Meetisy explicitly prohibits any form of CSAE or CSAM within our platform.

Any user found engaging in, promoting, or distributing CSAE-related content or materials will have their account permanently terminated, and appropriate legal action will be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
3. In-App Mechanism for Reporting and Feedback
Meetisy provides a clear and accessible in-app reporting mechanism that allows users to:

Report inappropriate or suspicious content,

Flag accounts that may involve CSAE or underage users,

Submit feedback or safety concerns directly to our moderation team.
All reports are reviewed promptly by our Safety & Compliance Team.
4. Addressing CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material)
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of any CSAM, Meetisy will:

Immediately remove or disable access to the content,

Suspend or terminate the involved user accounts,
-
Report the incident to the relevant law enforcement or reporting authority in accordance with applicable laws,

Cooperate fully with authorities and legal requirements during any investigation.
We take a zero-tolerance approach to any content or behavior involving the exploitation or endangerment of minors.
5. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
Meetisy complies with all applicable child safety and protection laws, including but not limited to:

The U.S. PROTECT Our Children Act and 18 U.S.C. §2258A (where applicable)

Any regional laws governing the reporting and removal of CSAM
We have established internal processes to ensure that all confirmed cases of CSAM are reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority.

7. Continuous Monitoring and Enforcement
Meetisy continuously reviews and updates its safety practices, moderation processes, and reporting mechanisms to align with evolving legal and platform requirements.
All employees and moderators undergo periodic training on identifying and handling CSAE-related materials and user reports responsibly.
